I worked on the digital and social strategy for Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort with a focus on making the brand feel welcoming, human, and approachable—never stuffy. While the resort is rooted in luxury and sustainability, our strategy centered on highlighting warmth, community, and real connection, ensuring the digital presence felt aspirational yet accessible.
A key part of this work was developing and filming a short documentary series that spotlighted the resort’s charitable efforts in partnership with Helping Hearts. The series focused on the real impact of their work within the local community, telling those stories with honesty and care rather than polish alone. By pairing thoughtful strategy with documentary-style visuals, we were able to communicate the resort’s values in a way that felt genuine, engaging, and aligned with a modern audience.
